Product Disclaimer for 10+ Hot Sauces

In exchange for the purchase of 10+ Hot Sauces from the Hot Shoppe, certain conditions and promises are required. They are as follows:

• Due to the extremely hot nature of these products (300,000-1,000,000 Scoville units), you agree that the hot sauce shall only be used as a food additive.
• 10+ hot sauce is to be used at your own risk.
• You disclaim, release, and relinquish any and all claims, actions, and/or lawsuits that you, or any of your dependents, heirs, or family members may have relating to any damage and/or injury that results, or is alleged to have resulted, from use, consumption, ingestion and/or contact of any bodily part or organ of or from the 10+ hot sauce.
