Mix 1 Tablespoon of chile paste with equal parts of oil or rum per pound of meat. Marinate for one hour and grill. The rich smokey taste of chipotle chile is perfect for ribs, chicken or shellfish. It's hot and very concentrated and amounts used can be adjusted to individual tastes.
