This is a fantastic sauce for those who like to feel a bit of burn on their tongues while eating their meals, but it also carries a wonderful, natural pepper taste. But like all habanero sauces -- this one with a triple x rating - it is extremely high on the Scoville scale, meaning you'll need at least a quart of ice cream nearby to put out the fire, if you are unaccustomed to habaneros!
